Product Returns/Exchange

We try our best to make sure you are a satisfied customer. If you have a problem with a product from this online shop then please use our contact form or telephone 03333 441124 so that we may help you.


Unwanted Products

Returns are only accepted if we are notified within fourteen days of receipt, this period exceeds our statutary obligations and can only be extended by specific arrangement. If you need to return a product, then click on the link below to print out a returns form which should be completed and attached to your parcel.

All returned products must be in the original packaging and unworn. We will refund the price of the product(s), but not the original postage or the cost of the return postage, this is in accordance with the distance selling regulations.

Exchanging Products

Products can be exchanged for another size and/or colour, provided we are notified within fourteen days of receipt. All returned products must be in the original packaging and unworn. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods for exchange. At our discretion, we may also charge additional postage costs to repeatedly send replacement products.

To return a product for exchange, please print out and complete our exchange form which can be used as a postage label to return your item(s). You must complete the exchange form with your name and order number, as well as clear details on which size and/or colour you wish in return. We endeavour to supply exchange item(s) by return of post and will inform you of any delay.

Where the replacement product(s) are a lower price, we will refund the difference in cost. Should the replacement item(s) be dearer then we may require further payment unless the difference is minimal. Please do not send cheques or make further payment unless requested. Our aim is to provide a fair and comprehensive service.

Extended Returns and Exchanges for Wedding Waistcoats

We understand that many wedding outfits are purchased well before a wedding and that some of the wedding party may not be local and therefore unavailable to ensure the waistcoats fit. To accommodate wedding planning, we have extended our returns and exchange period to 45 days for wedding waistcoats. If this extended period is not long enough, then please contact us and we will do our very best to help.


Faulty Products

If a product is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible to arrange refund or replacement.


Christmas Presents

We understand that a Christmas present may not always be wanted. We hope that our Christmas returns policy means that the customer may purchase in confidence. Unwanted Christmas presents purchased from 15th November onwards can be returned or exchanged until 15th day of the new year. This concession applies to all products sold by Dickie Bows.
