Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices are accurate and clearly detailed, Dickie Bows accept no liability for any errors or omissions.Shipping And Handling
Small orders may be delivered by first class mail. Larger and higher value orders will be delivered by tracked mail or a courier service and will be will need to be signed for upon delivery. Orders taken before the relevant cut-off time will be despatched the same day, subject to credit card approval and availability.
Overseas Orders
Unless we advise otherwise, all overseas order will be despatched using Royal Mail's airmail service. Whilst we make every attempt to offer a prompt service, we are not responsible for delays caused by the local countries carrier or customs. Please allow sufficient delivery time so that you are not disappointed.
Items out of stock
Where stock is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email with the opportunity to accept an immediate refund, wait for new stock or accept a substitute product. It is not our policy to substitute items without the customer's explicit consent.
Guarantee / Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned within seven days of receipt provided it is in its original packing and unused. After this seven day cooling off period any returns will be at our discretion. Should any item be faulty, contact Dickie Bows to arrange a return and we will dispatch a replacement. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Always obtain a receipt as proof of posting. Our aim is to provide the customer with an fair, efficient and legal service.
